Over the past three years, the chapter has raised more than $22,000 in scholarships to help Latino students on the Central Coast keep learning. Every spring, those scholarships are handed to students on stage, in front of the families who got them there.
Donations go to the NHORA Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

The best night of the year
Two evenings in May, two packed auditoriums, and a stage full of students who earned every certificate. Families cheering, names called one by one, and a yellow folder that says NHORA College Scholarship.
